Delivery and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Shoes4Less. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help and below are our policies to practice fair trade.

Delivery Policies:

1. All delivery order is only eligible for an exchange in which case the customer must visit the store.
   
   
2. If you don’t wish to accept the product upon delivery for any reason, the return delivery charges will incur.
   
   
3. Cash on delivery is available inside Kathmandu Valley only and prepayment is compulsory for Outside Valley orders.
   
   
4. For orders outside Kathmandu Valley, the shipping company will be responsible for the timely delivery and lost or damaged goods.
   
   
5. No Exchange No refund on items already on SALE or CLEARANCE.
   
   
6. Free Home Delivery all over Nepal for non-sale items.
   
   Delivery charges for SALE/CLEARANCE Products are :
   Inside KTM Valley - Rs.100
   Outside KTM Valley ( All over Nepal ) - Rs.150

Return Policies ( Non-Sale Items only ):

1. For in-store purchase , you have 3 days to exchange an item from the date of purchase by visiting the store.
   
   
2. For online orders : inside valley 3 days and for outside valley orders exchange confirmation to made within 48 hours of order received.
   
   *In case of exchange delivery, extra delivery fees is applicable.
   
   
3. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
   
   
4. No refund shall be made. It will be exchanged for equal or more value.
