Delivery and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Shoes4Less. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help and below are our policies to practice fair trade.

Delivery Policies:

1. Free delivery all over Nepal ( Non-Sale Items only ).
   
   
2. Full COD is available inside Kathmandu Valley only and an advance of rs.1000 is compulsory for outside valley COD orders.
   
   
3. For orders outside Kathmandu Valley, the shipping company will be responsible for the timely delivery and lost or damaged goods.
   
   
4. No Exchange No Returns on items already on SALE.
   
   
5. Delivery Charges are applicable for SALE/CLEARANCE items and exchange delivery. Delivery charges  are : 
   Inside KTM Valley - Rs.100 
   Outside KTM Valley ( All over Nepal ) - Rs. 200

Exchange Policies ( Non-Sale Items only ):

1. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
   
   
2. For in-store purchase and inside valley deliveries:
   You have 3 days from the date of purchase to visit our store to make an exchange.
   
   
3. For outside valley orders : 
   You have 24 hours to make an exchange confirmation from the time of order received.
   
   
4. In case of exchange delivery, extra delivery fees is applicable. 
   
   
5. No refund shall be made. It will be exchanged for equal or more value.
